Tools for Students' Learning 

I choose Engrade, Random Group maker, and lesson plan maker because I am interested in those tools after I tried those tools. The reason I chose those tools because considering PPL in junior high school I had some problems how to manage the class and I also needed tools to solve my problem. The first tools that I use is Engrade as a contributed tool that make easier teacher and student and also parents. As we know that nowadays technology in education is needed so I as teacher will utilize Engrade which easily accessed. I will ask students to create Engrade account and join. Maybe I will add assignments and utilize some expert function that have provided in Engrade. Engrade has some features to help improve communication and provide more online learning opportunities for students for example Quizzes, flashcard, wikis. I will create class syllabi, lesson plan and students guide or notes by wiki. Moreover, I create quiz for students that automatically scored and can be graded in grade book. Also creating new flashcard for students that can make students enjoy and interesting about the material we’ve given by giving traditional flashcard, multiple choice or matching game. By using engrade enable parents to monitor their children how they learn and their achievement.



The second tool that I use is random group maker. Based on my experience when PPL in junior high school, it was complicated when we as teacher divided students in some group in big class with a lot of students especially we teach some big class. I use random group maker to make me easier in students grouping. Suddenly, if I am in situation in which in the middle of teaching require creating group with a lot of students, I just open this tool and access it just by entering all my list of students name and then following the step that easy to do. Just select the number of group or maximum group size then Enter the number of groups to create or maximum group size in the box, Select the distrobution mode: balance or maximum. Balance means that the computer will try its best to keep all of the groups equally sized. Maximum means that each group will be filled to its maximum size before the next group is created. Enter a list of student names. And I am not really worry and wasted the time to create group with a lot of quantity. The last tool that I choose is lesson plan maker. Again, based on my experience when PPL I find difficulty when create lesson plan. As we know that lesson plan is the key to effective teaching so lesson plan is one of the important thing in teaching. By using lesson plan maker I can create lesson plan based on my own ideas easily without being confused. I can use this tool before I teaching the class faster because in this tool provide some column section that enable it just write down our idea creatively.

In teaching English, listening become the most important aspects as the basic skill that we must be overbearingly. in teaching listening skills there are a lot of media that can be involved such as song/music, videos, and podcast. what is actually podcast?

Podcasting is the latest in on-the-go, on-demand technology. Basically, a podcast is a digital recording of audio or web/visual content (like a web conference, radio program or music), made available on the Internet for downloading to a personal computer or MP3 player.

Nowadays, technology has a important role in teaching and learning English especially teaching writing. Up till now, almost all teacher teaching writing conventionally in which require a lot time to make correction and another complicated ways. But, don't be worry about it !! Since there is technology in Education, there are some tools that might be available out there that can be used to better teach writing such as Google Drive. 

There are some tool that be used to teach collaborative writing. Below are some of the best tools to teach writing as collaborative writing process, one in which every student's voice is considered by composing, editing, peer commenting and also sharing.
